At EMAISTORE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@emaistore.us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photo proof. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
