Order Processing
- Local Pickup: Orders for local pickup will be ready within 24 hours after payment.
- Shipping: Shipping is currently available for two collections — Acoustic Panels and WPC Fluted Slat Panels.
- Local Delivery: Local truck delivery is available within the Tri-State Area. Delivery charges vary based on product type, quantity, and mileage.
- Out-of-State Shipping: Delivery for PVC Marble Sheets and other products outside the Tri-State Area is available through freight platform uShip.
Shipping Times
- Regular Shipping Items: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Pickup orders will be available within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting your items.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for all shipped orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website’s order tracking page.
Shipping Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time, once it is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility. EMAISTORE is not liable for delays or disruptions once the order has left our facility.
